More Photos from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development layouts for the financier's private tropical island among the released materials.

Furthermore contained in this recent photograph release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had drawn up plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.

Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the south-eastern section.

The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and includes a legend labelling different sections of the land.

Alongside the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring layouts for marina coverings.

Further images disclosed as part of the current oversight disclosure.
